If you don't know very much about Renault, you might be wondering why I would have a gallery for them. If you do know a lot about Renault, you'll realize that the Alpine A110 was one of the winningest rally cars ever. It is definitely a quick car. The more recent Alpines aren't shabby, either. And with the R5 Turbo, Renault took a cheap econobox and turned it into a screamer, with some huge modifications, including moving the engine from in front of the front wheels to behind the driver. Some other performance oriented Renaults include the R17 and the Fuego, but I haven't found any pictures of them, so these will have to suffice. I'll end by saying that if I could have any other car than the 300ZX I'm driving now, I'd love to own an A110 (that's assuming I could legally get one into the US).
