On Saturday, October 24th, I participated
in my first Z group activity. It was a lot of fun, and I look forward
to participating in more. Six 90+ Z's and their owners were present
for this event, despite the fact that it was raining. We met at the
Great Mall (of the Bay Area -- stupid name, huh?), in Milpitas. Since
it was raining, we spent most of our time inside the mall, chatting about
our cars. We did venture outside for long enough to check out the
cars and take a few pictures. I must apologize, as I took no pictures
of my car. I figured that I already had pictures of it, so
why bother, plus it was raining, and I was in a hurry.

This is Ali Ezzatyar's Z.
It is a 2+2, and so far, the only modification he's done to it is the Stillen
Type III rear valence and, as he puts it, Stage II audio. As with
most Z owners, he does plan to do more. After seeing how well
the rear valence fits over the stock bumper, I want one even more badly
than I did before. |

This Z belongs to Steven Chin.
It is a coupe, and in his words, "All I have on my Z is the HKS Super Mega
Flow air filter, Twin Turbo rear Wheels and Suspension Techniques front
and rear sway bars. That's it." All, he says. Of everybody
there, only one person had more mods than he did. |

This one is Dale Miyakusu's.
In his words, "It's stock for now, but hopefully not for long :-)."
Dale was the only participant with a Twin Turbo. |

Then there was Gavin (a.k.a.
Eporue - <aCid.produCtions> - ACiD98). He had more mods than anybody
else present, including:
-
JWT ECU
-
JUN Flywheel
-
JWT POP Charger
-
Pulley
-
Cyclone clutch, stage 3

Last, and certainly not least,
was RainyZ's charcoal gray slicktop coupe. His car is stock (for
now). |
